Modern Dental Smiles introduces Rachel as the multifaceted talent in the clinical arena. Her experienced contribution to the MDS orthodontics program, surgical assisting, and CAD/CAM digital dentistry surpasses the industry’s heights. Moreover, she is a warm ray of sunshine who brightens the experience for all our patients. Through her dedication and commitment, she contributes her efforts and talents to all aspects of daily operations, to create an accomplished atmosphere that our patients have come to admire. Outside of the high-profile support she provides for MDS, she lavishes love and laughter on her family and friends, who cherish her gift of loving life. She currently acts as a regional manager for all the Modern Dental Smiles locations.
Arliss
Office Leader
Modern Dental Smile introduces Arliss. Arliss puts forward a charismatic, warm and friendly personality to our patients' visit. Bringing 25 years of experience in dentistry, Arliss will likely be one of the first people you speak to or greet when you come into our Jupiter office. Arliss will assist you with scheduling an appointment, answering any questions you may have about your treatment, dental insurance and billing, or just a friendly warm welcome to our patients. Outside of MDS, Arliss enjoys being with her family, watching a good movie, reading and listening to music. Welcome to our practice.

Office Leader
Modern Dental Smiles introduces Monique, with her confidence and professionalism she brings a myriad of experience in the dental industry to MDS. Her bubbly, energetic and infinite knowledge in the dental industry overflows not only to her team members but also to the patients that come along her path. Dental is second nature to someone with this great magnitude of dentistry. We enjoy working with the Guru and “The Matrix of Treatment Coordinating/ Customer Service”. Her work ethic speaks volumes not only to what she devotes herself to, but the quality of work that outpours from the company. When she is not meeting the needs of our Modern Dental Smiles patients, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and grandkids. Going to the beach here in South Florida is one of her favorite down time hobbies, especially with the most important people in her life. Monique’s other pastimes include fine dining and exploring new adventures.

Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk
Modern Dental Smiles introduces Marisol. She began her healthcare profession over 17 years ago as a medical assistant. After different areas in the medical field she landed herself in Dentistry seven years ago. Where she started off as a dental assistant slowly moving her way to the front and now currently insurance coordinator. She is friendly, outgoing and very detail oriented. Marisol is Bilingual and speaks Spanish.
During her free time she loves spending time with her kids and family. Also enjoy music and traveling!

Modern Dental Smiles introduces Lisa with her sweet smile and gentleness, which will be felt immediately upon meeting her. Her depth of knowledge and passion for the industry are evident in her ability to educate patients with a complete understanding of their dental needs. Outside of the value she contributes to MDS, she has a joyous attraction to Disney World, inclusive of the animated characters she adores.

Modern Dental Smiles introduces Andrea, our sweet and caring dental hygienist recently relocated from Ohio. Her quality care and soft touch are her trademarks. She authentically connects with her patients to understand their dental needs, enabling her to perform at her best, as this vocation has been her dream from an early age. Outside of giving her patients a wonderful reason to smile at MDS, Andrea invests her time at Community Christian Church, where she works with young children in the music program. She has a wonderful singing voice, with which she enlightens family and friends.

Modern Dental Smiles introduces Kayli, who performs with the advantage of experience in the department of advanced diagnosis and treatment planning as well as hygiene. She is serious about her continued education because it contributes to her ability to offer her patients the highest quality of care and instruction for their oral health. Her all-encompassing knowledge and unwavering dedication are apparent as she participates in exceptional caring, attention, and service for our patients. Outside of serving with integrity and selfless contribution, she allocates time to her enjoyment of marriage, and a lifetime pleasure involving nurturing her home with her husband.

Modern Dental Smiles introduces Amanda. Amanda has been in the dental field since 2015. Graduated top of her class at Lincoln Tech. At her first dental office experience , they showed her the ropes. She loves working hands-on and learning new ways of doing things. She enjoys making people smile and has a better liking for the dentist.
She loves her job and gets the best of both worlds. She can assist the doctors and also can do the admin side. Her primary goal is to always learn about all the new technology and to grow within my company.
She wants her patients to know that I am here for them in any way I can be, to make them as comfortable as possible whether it's holding your hand, being a shoulder to cry on or just being there to talk to get your mind off of being in the dental chair.
Her hobbies include riding horses, hanging out with friends and family. She is very outgoing and spunky, and loving.
